Depok – In support of enhancing students' capacities in the field of sharia entrepreneurship, the SEBI Entrepreneur Laboratory held the third Classical Learning event of the Muslimepreneur Development Program (MDP) themed “Time Management” in the Ibn Khaldun Classroom at STEI SEBI, Depok, on Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
The event, which began at 09:00 WIB, was organized in collaboration with the SEBI Entrepreneur Laboratory, supported by STEI SEBI and Adira Finance Syariah. This program is designed to strengthen students' understanding of effective time management to boost productivity in entrepreneurship.
“This Classical Learning is an integral part of the Muslimepreneur Development Program curriculum we have developed so that participants acquire skills relevant to market needs and sharia values,” said Abdi Triyanto, speaker and Head of the Sharia Business Management Study Program at STEI SEBI.
The event opened with a vibrant atmosphere led by the Master of Ceremony (MC), followed by a recitation of verses from the Quran, adding to the event's blessings. After the opening, the main session featured a presentation by Abdi Triyanto, who discussed the importance of time management for efficiently and sustainably managing a business.
In his presentation, Abdi emphasized that time is a primary asset for an entrepreneur. “An entrepreneur must prioritize activities that significantly impact their business. This is what distinguishes successful businesspeople from those who stagnate,” he stated.
The event was attended by 19 enthusiastic MDP participants who actively engaged in the Q&A session. They expressed hopes that the time management skills learned could be implemented in their daily business activities.
With an intimate campus setting, the event successfully fostered an interactive and in-depth learning environment. The SEBI Entrepreneur Laboratory hopes this program can continue as part of efforts to produce professional and morally upright Muslim entrepreneurs.
